I didn’t glue or tape my box insert but it took 45 seconds to cut and score this insert.

The chipboard I used was .013"… pretty flimsy stuff. Incredibly, I guessed the cut/score settings almost perfectly on the first attempt. I just received some .05" and .10" chipboard via FedEx though. The .05" might work well and it’s cheap as dirt.

Yeah, I’ve got about a metric ton of chip from the scrapbook days - all weights. That’s gonna look sharp!
