I don’t even feel like a ticket number anymore. Moral support for Glowforge is at an all time low. I really wish there was some actual tech support going on instead.
@darkdesign, I’ll have to apologize. I believe that you did get an email, however it looks like there was a bit of a problem on our side, which I thought I cleared which is not the case. you’ll be seeing more from me very shortly.
