Customer support not responding

My original Pro was shipped back between Christmas and New Years and a basic arrived two weeks later. They agreed that was an error and did not wait to receive the basic back before shipping the Pro. As it worked out I shipped the basic three days before receiving the Pro in the first week of February. As far as I know I was the only person with such a mixup, and I received the second machine as the warranty expired, but have had no problems in the year and a half since.
