This is just stellar! Can’t wait to see the whole costume now.
No pictures of the costume. Was just a simple suit. But here’s the Fox mask I made. Opted to go with rivets for this one.

Beautiful!!! What settings did you use to cut the leather?
I used 5/4 Oz Shoulder Cow Leather from Tandy. It had a thickness of .072".
For cutting: 190/81, Score: 212/6, Engrave: 900/41
Your results will vary depending on thickness and type of leather you use.

Thanks for the settings, gonna give it a try tomorrow. How are you getting such precise thickness measurements?
Digital calipers. I measure several locations and use the average of them. .005 either way doesn’t matter too much.
