He designs them himself and if you hunt around in his other posts he (used to?) sell some. I’m sure he’ll be around to clarify sometime soon but until then this will give you something to look for.

I started out by finding the connectors for the regular Platonic solids on Thingiverse. I then learned Fusion360 and started designing more complex polyhedrals. I do sell connectors for many of my shapes, but this one is fairly complex and may not post it.
