The short answer is yes.

I was looking for felt for another project and was researching, types and thickness. I can across these larger baskets and really liked the design. So when I got my felt order I wanted to test the settings for cutting and scoring. So I went back to the basket design, which was really simple for me to make in Cuttle.

Haven’t cut felt yet, this is the perfect project to give it a try. Is 2mm felt the norm in craft stores?

It might the thickness, but the wrong type. It needs to be hard felt.

Here are my mini felt baskets. If you look closely, you can see names engraved on the fronts. I will be using them as placards at Easter dinner. Thanks @bwente for the file and yes, I did need to up the power a bit to cut with the darker colors.
