Did this create a lot of scrap wood for you with the multiple layers? Or did you do anything creative to minimize the scrap. I have made something that was 2 layers with the top layer being pretty much just the outline border. Didn’t like that I just had that middle pieces like as a waste.

I do agree that there is a downfall to that part. I tried to be as creative as possible with any extra/scrap pieces large enough to cut other designs from. Otherwise yes, unfortunately it did leave me with some wasted pieces that otherwise could’ve been used somewhere else
