Fusion is great, but not very architectural.
It’s the best 2D engineering package I have used on a Mac, and certainly the best 3D.
I have not used Solidworks, but Fusion is Free for Makers, and as I understand it, Solidworks pricing is stupid expensive.

Dunno if you can get what you need to do done within the trial period, but there it is…

1+ for AutoCAD. By far the best drafting package but pricey! - they do offer a student version. Or you can buy an old version on eBay for cheap. Heck I just threw out 8 - 2012 licenses which is essentially the same plus some gimmicky features. (I wish I could have shared them with people…)

Affinity sends me ads all the time. It looks pretty impressive. There’s gimp’s product, Inkscape and a couple others. I just bought CS6 off of a buddy who didn’t need it anymore.
