Which program do you intend to use? Is there one recommended that is inexpensive, easy to use, and good?

But if you’re looking for an easy to use inexpensive vector software then Inkscape is probably the best choice. Personally I use Adobe Illustrator and Autodesk AutoCAD

In my current workflow I use Vectric Aspire and also Adobe Illustrator.
I don’t recall hearing anyone else mention Aspire. I primarily use that and CorelDraw.
