I’ll be rastering some of those.
The last time I was on Paris 28 years ago, I took pics of the Metro entrances. I just loved them and vowed one day to make something with the design. The hotel I stayed at in Gordes France had theme rooms. It was cute. The theme for my room was Paris clichés. Here was the bed. Now how do I get this design to work with a Glowforge. Maybe napkin holders.
maybe bookends?
We have a cool London Underground picture frame in the office I’m not sure we’ve ever photographed - this would work well for it too.
Dover Pictura costs money, but it’s a really good resource - www.doverpictura.com
They have really nice collections pooled from a lot of different sources. And everything is relatively inexpensive.
Edit: Doh. Just noticed @morganstanfield already recommended Dover.
Yes, another one! It seems the Swamp Fox was pretty popular and as a place name, more towns and counties names Marion than anything else in the US. And in France they all kept saying it was a girl’s name. Not in Poland. And John Wayne betrayed us all! Thanks! Nice little graphic. Cool fonts.
I can never hear or read the name without going through most of the song from “The Music Man”
https://www.illustratedmonthly.com/ is also a great website.
I have a few of their books and they’re full of great resources. Im planning on doing a lot of skull designs!
