true , but there’s a big disconnect people miss about the gap between when that label is printed and when the shipper actually gets the package. just because someone printed a label doesn’t mean it’s ready to ship. there are far too many inefficient companies out there.
i ordered a package from the ceramic shop after someone posted the cool stuff done w/tile and iron oxide. made the order 12/10 at noon. got a UPS notification 4 hours later that the shipping form was created (and with a scheduled delivery date of 12/12). it still hasn’t been picked up from the ceramic shop.

I’m sure. I worked in the apple store and we didn’t do phone support from there. But we always got calls. So if we had time (never) we would sometimes help with the call. Just one of many examples. My favorite was when a customer would come in with there new phone and say they couldn’t hear anyone. We woul take the phone, remove the transparent film protecting the screen and ask, can you hear them now ?
