Here is some 6mm acrylic that I milled with a multi-flute carbide endmill using multiple passes taking off 0.2mm per layer. The edges have a slightly frosted appearance but are otherwise perfect. It isn’t a time efficient way to cut it but works when you don’t have the right cutter for the job.
