It looks like a flammable (flaming?) fluid got on it and ignited. Paint/powder coat might bubble but it shouldn’t catch on fire. No guarantees for Chinese made and imported extinguishers. - Rich

Great, now I need a fire extinguisher for the fire extinguisher.

Just have to wait until the fire burns through the valve seal and it will extinguish automatically :slight_smile:

(Not that I have ever experienced faulty seals on torches)
