Business insurance covers you for more things than homeowners/renters insurance covers. Like interruption of business. So it is absolutely worth getting.
And another concern that may cause a homeowner to place a no business clause is utility usage, if they provide the utilities. Electric was mentioned, but also some business types use tons of water, and I placed a no-business clause in my own renter lease because I provide them with internet. But I do not have the upload bandwidth nor uptime guarantee that a business would want.
Note to self: Add “No Laser Cutters without written permission.” to my tenants lease next year.
