My proofgrade doesn’t cut through cleanly at times. It can be really annoying. My problem is always my fault because I have not been storing the wood flat, so it gets bowed. Now that I keep it flat, I have been getting great results. I have ordered more proofgrade twice now.

If the warp is slight, I find rare earth magnets hold it down to the crumb tray and flatten it out.
