Baltic birch is by definition not made in the US.
Baltic Birch is not a specific species of birch, but is a general designation of plywood from Russia and nearby Baltic states (such as Finland)
Other forms of Birch plywood might be made in the US. Here’s one source; although, I have no experience with them, and didn’t search to see what sizes/thicknesses they have.
