I have been blocked from posting on the forum because I have cancelled my order. Sadly, even after I have placed a request to still be able to participate, my request was declined. Which is too bad, I don’t have any ill wishes towards the project or the community.

Either way, I had ordered a Full Spectrum Muse while waiting for the Glowforge to show up, and it has arrived. The Muse is a piece of garbage, and crashed almost immediately after a week or two of operation. Full Spectrum has horrible customer service and only issued a refund after lofty steps and BBB intervention. I have since ordered a Chinese laser and have been doing my own experiments for upgrades and tweaking to make it an amazing and helpful tool.
