I have spent the last 20+ years in IT consulting and just recently launched a couple of businesses my own consulting firm for ServiceNow and a leadership and personal development company. What was lacking was the creative side. My father is an old school potawatomi (native american) mechanic, woodworker, and leatherworker and getting into using the laser, cnc, and 3d printers to create things has been a great way to connect back to my roots and follow in his footsteps with a little bit of my own flair.
