My name is Cary Quinn, and I'm just a guy who loves to tinker and make things. My day job is an anti-counterfeiter, where I act as Director of Design & Development. I play a key role in all of our design work and particularly Research & Development. I have been listed on 5 patents within our company and I have one of my own as well - all related to optical security features and hidden, dynamic authentication effect. I'm constantly experimenting with new technologies including lasers, 3D printing, all kinds of different printers and on the side, I recently expanded on my 3D design skills as well. We are hoping the Glowforge unit will be capable of cutting out some of our optical acrylic lenses as well as imaging our hidden security feature technology onto products and packaging.
