.10 30ply chipboard cut and score settings

I’m looking for cut and score settings for .10 30ply chipboard. Has anyone try cutting this material in the past if so, what settings did you use?
Thank you in advance!

Yes, I’ve worked with it, but I’m going to need to shift your post to the Beyond the Manual section to list the settings. (Forum rule.)

Cut: FP/185
Engrave: 50/750/270 LPI
Deep Score: 30/400

Anyone else’s settings are a guess.

Use a proper test and be sure. It’s the only way, and it takes less time than posting the question in the first place.

Jules,
Is the information below correct:
FP = Full Power
185 is the speed
for score:
30 = Power
400 = Speed
This is new to me so I don’t want to assume anything.
Thank you in advance!

yep! :slightly_smiling_face:

Your values might be slightly different, but those are good starting points.

Jules,

Thank you. FP/240 was best, less burn and faster. For the score your settings was right on so I have tested with more 40/400 and that was a bit more pronounced. Which could be better for my architectural model.
A BIG THANK YOU!
