Neat! I’d want to colour it in when I was done assembling

You can help reduce the scorching by putting a thin coating of dish soap on the acrylic before cutting. Just rinse when you’re done.

I hadn’t thought of using 2 tone acrylic for puzzle making.

That looks nice.

How’s the fit?

Nice look.

I bet it would also look good with a grayscale image too, with dithering. Though the default settings might not be the best for 2-tone acrylic. I’m thinking you might have to apply dithering beforehand at a low resolution like 60dpi then engrave as black and white at a multiple of that like 180dpi… I’ll have to try it…

Thanks for the information. I will try that on my next cut. Wish I knew how to take it out of the Glowforge in one piece.

The fit is great. Not to tight and not to loose. Just need to figure out how to take the puzzle off the Glowforge in one piece.

Thank you!! What would you color it with?

Thanks!!! I didn’t know how this would turn out but it was okay.

Grab a piece of masking - or tape if you don’t have it, and put it over the front so you can lift it as one piece

I imagine acrylic markers would stick well, but I’d definitely have to test
