Should we not embrace consumerism in all its glory. We succeed after all because of people’s marketed desire for more and more tchotchkes.

Here’s one I’m going to take advantage of. I use Creative Market to buy stock vector graphics. I had a couple image sets that I wanted to buy but were a bit too much to justify and they are offering 20% off.

I love Black Friday. Everyone else is busy and I can goof off and enjoy real life. I need some quality time at my farm. It’s been way to long since I have spent time outdoors.

Last year, the only store I visited on Black Friday was the Tandy Leather Store. They had some really good deals on veg tanned leather.

I usually sit back and enjoy the day. I refuse to endanger my life for something that will still be on sale on Dec 15.

I’m trying to edjamacate everyone that I know to buy independent this year, aka from a real person in your community that will do the happy dance :heart_eyes_cat: It would be pretty hard to find an indie maker-made shop vac though! :sweat_smile:
