I love it. You could merge or unite the font graphic to not get this overlap. I made this mistake on a cutting board I gave away this christmas.

Been some time since I’ve made this mistake but it used to be the bane of my design work. Now it’s muscle memory for me. The next one is doing an offset on the path if I find that it’s a little more thin than I like, and then forgetting to either merge or delete the original path, resulting in two overlapping parts, which the Glowforge isn’t a fan of.
