Ok, next is some stuff of one my favorite super heroes
3D-engraved on a box (birch plywood) a friend of mine builds for storing comics when you are on the move and don‘t want to leave your comics behind (those boxes are great!).
The artwork is a cover of the last years Iron Man run, drawn by David Marquez.
As you can see: using a .jpg for engraving stuff isn‘t the best choice as there will be fragments at the edges.
Nevertheless: the 3D-engrave amazes me every time and in this case is a huuuge upgrade to the ‚naked‘ box.

This is the second try engraving a comic book cover.
This time it‘s from Umberto Ramos, a very talented artist and one of my favorites.
The engrave took about an hour and a half and looks way better than the Iron Man one.
