This was my first attempt at multiple layers. I do have to say I’m quite pleased. there are 4 layers. The bottom three leftover draftboard pieces and the top is a utility plywood.

BTW, in case you don’t know, that draftboard takes pen colour really well, so if you wanted to add colour it does it well (not saying you should, I think it stands on its own!)

Pretty slick. I was admiring the cut outs on the last layer to give it even more depth and started thinking how cool it would be to run some LED lights to have your moon and maybe the windows in the house light up.
