'Tis the season to share, so here is my October Snowflake. (We are supposed to get snow here tonight.) I recommend score the interior design, cut the round hanging hole, and the outside perimeter.
I used 1-side frosted clear acrylic, and paperboard. With the acrylic, I got a better score if I de-focus the beam*. The design is not properly set up for engrave; I’m not that good at Cuttle yet. (joining things, etc)
Also on the acrylic, I just turned it over once the top side was done, then scored the reverse as well. (not shown) Don’t move the parent material, just plop it right back into place. This works only with symmetrical designs, of course.
*This is not the only guide to de-focus, it’s just a place to start.
