A Bright Idea Revisited

Finally got a chance to modify it for the base size and got some transparent colored acrylic…and it turned out okay.

(And it’s currently leaking light because I haven’t glued it yet… i still want to fine-tune the base a bit.)

(These things put out a lot of light.)

Thanks guys! The base is just stacked rectangles, but I was messing with folding the light strip (didn’t work…breaks too easily), so there are bigger holes in it than there need to be. I’ll adjust those and it won’t leak light so badly. Especially once it’s glued.

You can hold this lit bulb up over your head (like in a cartoon) for having such a bright idea, for sure! I LOVE lights and love your design.

I can’t decide which I like better - the project or the projection.
