Years ago my kids had a small wooden bear toy that climbed up a string. I believe it’s a really old design, maybe colonial or older, and I decided to try making one with a picture of my grandchild on it. Enjoy!

It does work! I had to upgrade from cotton to nylon twine and it works like a charm!
