Coasters are gorgeous!
Since buying the forge, my husband has been making noises about putting together a whole wood shop for me…being able to use gorgeous wood like this is a real draw!

I love the. Grain of ash and the I love salted wood. How thick are they? Could you message your settings? I have some ash and elm and wouldn’t mind a head start on my settings tests.

Merry Christmas to you! If he gets you a table saw, ask for a sawstop. Your fingers will thank you. If you’re going to use it for small projects get the job site model. Smaller footprint and maybe more importantly, I think the dust collection would be pretty good taking it off the front of the blade. That’s the one thing I really dislike about my cabinet sawstop. Not great dust collection.
