I initially purchased a Basic unit, then later upgraded to Pro. In this case, what’s the order date? Will it be when I placed the Basic order, or when I upgraded to Pro?
Your order date is the first one, when you ordered the Basic.
Finally got to looking up my order date and added it to the sheet.

Although on the pro/basic specific pages there seems to be an issue with the vlookup action that someone set up, I’ll take a look later and see if I can fix it.

There is not much data in the spreadsheet for the next couple of days, just 3-4 entries each, and either people aren’t filling in the data, or shipping for Pros has slowed again. I see one shipment for day 17.
I seem to be seeing less “I got my tracking/Glowforge” posts.
And the Monlthly update is late. I wonder if there is a correlation.
I ordered 10/23/15 and still NO GF yet. I ordered a glowforge pro. It STILL hasn’t even shipped. I am getting a bit frustrated as I check into the ‘ship date’ and it keeps getting pushed back and back first it was 12/4, then 12/5 now 12/11.
This is EXTREMELY frustrating as we can see many people have access to the technology now.
I got the “owner” badge but in truth I don’t know when GF will actually send the equipment.

Everyone that ordered after you is in that boat. Almost everyone not international that ordered before you has received the email announcing the start of the shipping process.
I just received notification that my Glowforge and the accessory box is sitting at UPS waiting for me to come get it!!! I am so excited about this…and probably only the people here would understand…I got a headache from reading the notification!!! It was like a super caffeine and sugar rush hitting at the exact same time!
I was in a Christmas breakfast meeting when I got the UPS notification … And my boss thought I got bad news since I grabbed my phone (notification came in on my smart watch) and then grabbed my forehead as the headache hit…they thought maybe it was the sugar from breakfast getting to me (cinnamon rolls, syrup, honey, homemade granola, coffee cake, cookies…yeah there was sugar)…but it was the realization it is here!!!
They told me to take off and go get it…I can’t lift anything due to recent injury to my shoulder (box is 79 pounds) and it won’t fit in my car…so I have to wait until my fiance’ gets done with an installation and son gets off work (he only works 3 days and only one from home)…
I had it all planned for tomorrow on the original delivery day…but they delivered a day early…
I took the choice of picking it up and inspecting it at UPS in case there is any damage, I can report it immediately…hopefully not…but I am so exicited!!
I will update the spreadsheet when like get home with it. @rubbersoul79 thank you for your original post … Hopefully by picking mine up it will be in one piece.

Yes I do! Took me 2 1/2 hours to pick it up and had to drive to an alternate location in another city to get it…short version of a long story…UPS decided NOT to ship it to the location I wanted to pick it up at and didn’t tell me they shipped it to another place. …more to come…
Sadly, this doesn’t shock me too much. Mine was “too heavy” so they just left it in the warehouse. After puppy dog eyes and a bunch of sweet talk, 2 ladies that had no business picking up anything (although for 2 people it isn’t heavy) walked 200 yards to the warehouse to look for it and bring it back… an EMPLOYEE let them borrow their personal truck to bring it back to the office for me. Really?! I was so grateful to them and told them so a million times. Let us know what happened!!!
Glowforge #2 is supposed to be delivered to my fiance’s work tomorrow (12/27/2017). Hoping for a safe delivery!
Our FIRST cut! We received our GF on Wednesday but had already had plans to go see Doctor Who special at the theater with a cousin.
Thank you to everyone at Glowforge that responded so quickly to the first machine being damaged in shipment! I am so happy we have received the replacement already…and just in time for a 3 day weekend!! Woot!
Now to figure out how to find a pattern and adapt a “rose circle” to cut into the leather ,I have been waiting a couple of years to play with leather and a laser cutter!
