Me: one of my first businesses was 3d printing in wax and turning it into gold.
They: you had a 3d printer then?
me: no in those days computers were the size of buildings, and actual people did not own them so I had to do it by hand.
They; how was it possible for a computer to be the size of buildings and smaller than my phone at the same time?
