If you want to make this, you’ll want to adjust the size of the smaller swoop to be just smaller (in my case 1mm) than the diameter of the pole you intend to hang this on.
The rubber band is a tiny one for braids. If you don’t have that, it’s likely not necessary. I also imagine one for braces would work exactly the same way.
Also I imagine this wouldn’t work at all on hardwood - too many stress points. This is thick acrylic, medium would likely work too.
That’s great, thanks for the share! My brain isn’t functioning yet this morning apparently. If the smaller hole that goes over the rod is smaller diameter than the rod, how does it fit? I love the rubber band idea for keeping it secure on the rod.
