Wow, he looks so big in there. Another idea would be to wrap… I don’t know what is called… But that string/rope that feels like a burlap sack around a section between platforms. It’s not pretty, but my cat loves to scratch the stuff…i have to replace his tower, because now that it’s gone, he’s using my sofa as the scratching post instead.

I thought about wrapping it with sisal rope or cotton rope but I like the bamboo. Today he looked like he wanted a warm place to snuggle so I whipped out the sewing machine and made him a Cat Sack.
That he loved immediately.

Lolol I’m cracking up because you make it sound so easy. If I tried to sew something like this (whether on a whim or planned intensively), it would not be photo-worthy. (Except maybe a “nailed it” meme).

Yeah, those old buildings get really cold until they turn the gas on. I haven’t asked my mother if they turned the heat on in her building yet, but temperature had been so weird this year.
