Cool sign, how did you attach the base to the front? I don’t see any finger joints, did you just butt glue them together?

Yep, just butted it together and used some gel super glue.

That looks sharp. Nice use of simple materials. Looks like stainless acorn nuts for fasteners. That is a great touch.
