I get it here from Trotec in Toronto but wish it came in 1" thick, but then not sure how the Glowforge would cut that.

Probably pretty well, really… foam is easy to get through. Set it up so it’s right at the 1/2" height by putting it on something that is about 0.8" tall and let it rip would be my first try 
Curious: how much do they charge for a sheet? I don’t want to create a login to find out.

I don’t think that you could get any more professional looking. First the custom chargers and now the packaging. It all looks fabulous.
