Still working out the kinks, but here’s my version of a Christmas Countdown/Advent Calendar. It’s made from MDF, and I’ve only painted Santa so far. The base is a whopping 34" long (made in pieces), 2.5" tall to the top of the chimneys and 6" tall to the point of Santa’s cap.

That’s adorable! Does Santa just balance or is there some sort of mechanism to keep him up there?

@deirdrebeth - he’s on a stand that fits in the slot behind the houses, so he only “looks” like he’s precariously balancing.
