Hi there, can I engrave on the lids of my candle tins? If so what setting should I use? I’m a brand new GF owner. thanks

Depends what they are made from but, in general, you can’t engrave metal.
You can mark it using products like Cermark, or remove parts of pre-colored material like anodized aluminum.
Search for posts on marking knives, lighters, flasks, etc.

A lot of lids like that are painted, you might be able to engrave the paint away. I’d just be careful that there isn’t plastic or rubber layer on either side before you laser it.
