If a slowdown is due to packaging, hopefully units are still being produced in the background.

When I worked factory typically summer was our huge work time to get everything manufactured and shipped for the holiday season and shut down was two weeks around Christmas and new years where it was mandatory off except the low seniority guys who had to go in to clean sort stack scrape paint rebuild etc…

I ordered on 9/24 and upgraded to pro on 10/1. No emails yet. Here’s hoping that they treat upgrades in some sane manner.
Upgrading to Pro does not affect your purchase date, which is 9/24. Dan has said this a number of times.
