Does anyone know how to make this be one blended cut? I am new to adobe and inkscape

Do you mean Ilustrator where you said Inkscape?
If so, the Pathfinder and Shapebuilder tools are your friends 
Outline any text objects before you use either of these. (Select the Text > Right Click and then Create Outlines)

yeah need to make it in dark colors 
but i am drawing with a black screen. so its always a bit hard to see
