Just wondering what your settings were for 3/8 acrylic?
Custom settings can only be discussed in the “Beyond the manual” section, but as 3/8" acrylic is not a Proofgrade material, you will likely need to test with what you actually have. Start with the settings for 1/4" and slow it down or increase power and passes to get an acceptable result.
Note that acrylic is very much prone to flaring up and damaging the machine, so watch it like a hawk with fire suppression handy.
