App.glowforge.com slow/non-responsive

Like others, my app.glowforge.com dashboard isn’t showing any designs. While I am able to click the button to upload my file, it stays on “Rendering Your Design”.

Probably holding us non subscribers hostage to make us want to do the upgrade because mine is stuck on rendering also. I’ve had this thing almost a year. Looks like it’s about to become a giant, expensive plant stand. I’m tired, stressed over orders and a huge show next weekend. A non working printer is the last thing I need at the moment.

Either there’s a problem with google servers right now or they are just having issues rolling out the update. Chill out and it will get fixed.

Pushing an update at 7am Pacific time on a Tuesday is an awful way to support your users IMO

Right there with you. I don’t do shows, but I have a stack of orders just sitting here. I was already behind the last few weeks with all the other issues :frowning:
