So my Daughter is the director of a nonprofit cafe, that has monthly contributors and she wanted something to express appreciation. “Hey, Dad…?”

Man, she batts her eyes at me and my knees go weak. If she’s in tears - there is no measure of what I would do, up to and including co-signing for a home.

So my Son has two Daughters, and has a friend, with two boys. His friend says in jest “it takes a real man to make boys”. My Son says “It takes a god to make an angel”.

I love that.

Man, this turned out great. I love the way wood and acrylic look together! Well done. I’m sure she loved it

The grain in oak is pronounced, and I ran the engrave in the grain direction to hide any lines from the engrave.

Wait… that’s Fort Collins! I’m in Fort Collins!

Cool! you should check out the cafe! I have been impressed with the food, and since I made the tokens for the free meals - I have that file. That means I will never go hungry after the wife kicks me out.… as long as I have a place to plug in the glowforge.
