Been busy with work and getting back to some fun with the laser, just needed a simple design to get things started. Engraved these cutting boards from Ikea (10$ a piece) with doodles to mark the meat vs. the vegetable cutting board. Used edges only so that food doesn’t get stuck in the engraved sections. Finished with food grade mineral oil.

That’s a pretty good looking engrave on bamboo right there! There are so many inconsistencies when it comes to the different densities from all of the strips of bamboo used to make these boards. Great work!
