This appeared over night, but it doesn’t seem quite right. Usually Banksy works are a bit more immediate in meaning, this looks like perhaps some 3rd party attempt or perhaps it had to be abandoned mid stencil due to the rozzers being called?

I certainly hope no one actually does this, it would be terrible.
