I see in the shop the Basswood 1/4 is sold out. I have a customer interested in a project and that’s what they want. Anyone got any handy links to a supplier for this stuff that they trust? I can come up with a million and 1 on google but I’d rather use someone my fellow laser users have tried before if possible.

Just search for “basswood source” or “hardwood source”. That’s the whole reason we have a forum — so we don’t have to keep writing the same things over and over

Most hobby sources have Basswood even local hardware stores. Most sell the Revell brand that is as good as any.

In addition to what I’ve purchased here, I’ve used materials from Inventables, Home Depot, Lowes, and Rockler.
