You can get cheaper ones but $30 gets you a good one so it’s hardly worth skimping. Lowes & Home Depot have them in some stores. Ditto on the pins.
If you can, get an air powered one as they’re more powerful than electric ones. But if you don’t have a compressor, an electric one is still better than a tack hammer & tiny nails
