Hey that’s really cool.
One tip maybe helpful: your tabs shear easily because of grain orientation. If you rotate your design 90 degrees Relative to the poplar so the grain goes “sideways”, your tabs will be very strong.

Its the design files, not the actual birdhouse. I would expect the birdhouse would sell for a lot. If I were a bird, I’d want to live in it
