So the filter itself is not new, just the filter medium?
Correct. I received the filter about a year ago, connected it and used it for a few days. The cartridge filled up and I complained to GF. They sent me a new replacement cartridge ($250), but I never used it again. It’s been sitting in the corner of my shop for a year.
