When did you buy your machine? Is it still under warranty (12mos for a Pro)?
Was it tested when you first received it to verify it worked?
Since you joined the forum in November 2020, is that when this Glowforge was purchased? Will you ship? Do you have the original packing materials? Where are you located?
I bought it I believe during covid so either 2020 or 21. I am frantically looking for a receipt, however I believe I can call someone to find out… Yes, it does work…
