I am using Brillance, I cant get it to be black and it is spotty on Aluminum. I have tried speed 500 and 600. Am I applying to much spray or not enough or incorrect DP(1344). TIA

*1355 is LPI

i would not think 1355 would be all that different than 1345. I tried it at full speed and got the same results.
Probably not - looks like you’ve got some digging into other people’s suggestions to find a real answer.
